Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is right off the freeway and located right next-door to a really good restaurant. The included breakfast here was also very good and fresh. Had everything for the whole family, including a waffle machine! The rooms were very clean and the amenities were to today’s standards. Everything seems brand new not sure when this place was built, but it feels like yesterday.
This is my second business stay at this location. Staff (both with first initials of J in first name )very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is very clean. Staff can be observed mopping the floor frequently. Breakfast has many options. Easy on and off Gene Snyder Highway.
We checked in to the Marriott in Jeffersonville on March 21st 2024 and we're greeted by Katie and Nemia. The check-in process was Flawless as always and the facility was absolutely beautiful and clean and Katie went above and beyond to provide the Essentials I needed to make my stay perfect. Whoever cleans room number 326 Housekeeping did a fantastic job, no complaints about the room, very very clean, dusted very well and stocked. We were on the third floor water pressure wasn't as hard as I would like it but totally understandable and it was very hot and the body care items were enjoyable. I like the new edition of the blue makeup towel. Breakfast is delightful although my husband was disappointed that there weren't any biscuits and gravy but I know there's a rotating menu. Five stars out of five stars will be staying here again when we're in town as always Marriott is our Hotel of choice.
Pros: Very welcoming and informative staff, clean room, close to freeway, good breakfast options, good restaurant across the parking lot. We would stay again. Cons: Mattress felt worn out and lacking in support.
This hotel was such a surprise - we received a warm welcome from Jermaine at check-in and the room was exceptionally and remarkably clean! We have travelled quite a bit lately and stayed in many hotels off of the highway and this was by far the best stay.

Close to I-65, convenient to shopping and dining, with a restaurant next door. The gem of this hotel is the staff, each so friendly and accommodating. Everyone I've come into contact with during my stay has been polite, and have asked if we needed anything from the front desk agents to the housekeepers. Best thing is the beds and pillows are comfortable, affording a great night's sleep, the bathrooms are large, and our room was a great size.
Ive been traveling for work for years and this has been one of my favorite places to stay. The pricing is at the point where it is just high enough the riff raff won't stay here but you still feel like you get alot for your money. Big breakfast selection and good tasting coffee. Very clean rooms woth large bathrooms!
